Quality technical support providers make it easy for clients and customers to contact them. Email addresses should not be hidden and neither should phone numbers.   • Flyers should have some kind of deal or offer that encourages the customers to act. Discounts and attached coupons with expiration dates are a great way to encourage customers to act because feel like they are receiving a deal, but that deal expires meaning they have to act soon.
  • The content in flyers should be organized using text boxes, borders, and contrasting colors. Flyers do not need to be completely filled up with content and graphics, and some white space is good. However, all the content should be organized using formatting tools so that it is clear customers what is what. Formatting tools will also organize the flyer, making it easier to read.
